These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) will govern your use of this website and the relationship between you and Annissa Simmons trading as Your Santorini Wedding (hereinafter referred to as “YSW” or “We”) of Cnoc Ard, Ballina / Killaloe, Co. Clare, Ireland.
“Your Santorini Wedding” is a business name of Annissa Simmons registered in the Republic of Ireland with number 381067.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. You will be required to indicate your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions prior to submitting any queries to YSW by ticking the box at the foot of this page.
1. Role of YSW
1.1 YSW displays information about the service providers contained on this website (each a “Service Provider” and together the “Service Providers”) for the convenience of its website users. YSW does not offer, provide, make available, run, sell, supply, arrange, offer to purchase on your behalf or offer for sale any of the services displayed on this website.
1.2 YSW will transmit any requests for services by you to the Service Provider however, YSW has no authority to contractually bind the Service Providers and YSW is not responsible for any transaction, arrangement, agreement or booking made between you and the Service Providers. YSW cannot guarantee any such agreement or booking and the Service Providers reserve their right to accept or reject any request for services from you.
1.3 The terms and conditions of any transaction, arrangement, agreement or booking (including the price for the services) will be those agreed between you and the Service Provider and YSW will not be a party to any such contract. YSW will have no liability of any nature to you in respect of any contract which you enter into with a Service Provider.
1.4 YSW will not charge you a fee for use of this website and YSW will not receive any payment or payment details from you during the course of our relationship. YSW receives commission from the Service Providers for revenue generated through requests for services transmitted to them by YSW however, you will bear no responsibility for such commission which shall at all times remain payable by the Service Provider to YSW.
1.5 The information displayed on this website is provided for your convenience and YSW provides no guarantees and makes no representations or warranties in respect of the services offered by the Service Providers or the standard or quality of such services.
2. Information Displayed on this Website
2.1 The description of services offered by the Service Providers, images, prices and other material relating to such services which is displayed on our website is based on information made available by the Service Providers. Our intention is to ensure that all information is accurate and up to date, however YSW makes no representations or warranties of any kind about the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the information or the suitability of any Service Provider for your purpose.
2.2 Pursuant to the terms of YSW’s agreement with the Service Provider, the Service Provider remains at all times responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of any information displayed on this website relating to services offered by such Service Provider.
3. Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts (in these Terms and Conditions the “Distance Selling Directive”)
If you conclude a contract with a European based Service Provider exclusively by means of distance communication, please note that pursuant to the Distance Selling Directive, or the national implementation of the Distance Selling Directive in the European Service Provider’s country, you may have a right in certain circumstances to cancel any such contract within a period of 7 working days without giving a reason therefore and without incurring any cancellation fees.
4. Your Use of this Website
4.1 You are only permitted to use this website if you are 18 years of age or older and capable of entering into legally binding obligations.
4.2 You are permitted to download the content of this website solely for your personal use and solely in connection with sourcing information on the services made available by the Service Providers. · details of the services you will require on your wedding day and other details of your wedding arrangements
· any other information supplied by you in a request for the services of a Service Provider

· to transmit your request for services to the Service Provider
· if requested by you, to inform you of other services offered by the Service Providers which may be of interest to you
· if YSW intends to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) YSW will always obtain your prior consent;
· YSW may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to this website. This technology can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. If you do not wish “cookies” to be stored on your browser, you may modify your browser settings accordingly. Information collected in this manner may be used to recognise you when you are visiting this website unless you modify your browser settings accordingly.

6.2.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of YSW for death or personal injury resulting from a negligent act or omission of YSW or its employees, nor shall they operate to exclude or limit any statutory rights which cannot be legally excluded by YSW.
6.3 Waiver
A failure by YSW to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided by this
Agreement or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or a waiver of other rights or remedies.
6.4 Severability
If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to be or becomes invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable under applicable laws , such provision will be deemed amended to conform to applicable laws so as to be valid and enforceable, or if it cannot be so amended without materially altering the intention of the parties, it will be deleted, but the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be impaired in any way an d shall remain in full force and effect.
6.5 Variation of these Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions set out the whole of the agreement between YSW and you. These Terms and Conditions will supersede any prior agreements or understandings you may have had with YSW and no variation of these Terms and Conditions shall be incorporated into this agreement unless agreed to in writing by YSW.
6.6 Assignment
YSW may assign all or any part of its rights or benefits under these Terms and Conditions.
No assignment or dealings with your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions by you shall be effective without the express prior written consent of YSW.
6.7 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
